A Truly Historic Day

Not all of our writers and staff here are gay, but we are all allies and we are all celebrating with you as this brutal form of segregation ends. 

Equal rights for all is a hard fought battle, and it's likely far from over, but it's an essential and crucial tenet of a healthy and burgeoning society. Making anyone feel like second class citizens is an instantaneous way to create division and discordance among a group of people. If nothing else, this landmark decision by the US Supreme Court will only help to shine a brighter light on those backwards individuals seeking to keep everyone separate and unequal. They won't go away, but they'll look like bigger fools than they already are.
