François Sagat’s Man at Bath Released On DVD

François Sagat is back! Sort of. His sophomore mainstream film Man at Bath (Homme au bain) has finally been released on DVD. The film debuted in 2010 in theatres and on August 5, 2014 a new label called Canteen Outlaws released the DVD online and at retailers throughout the U.S., including TLA Releasing.

In Man at Bath François Sagat plays gay hustler Emmanuel who lives in Paris with his lover, a filmmaker named Omar (played by Omar Ben Sellem). After a quarrel, Omar leaves a broken-hearted Emmanuel and heads to New York City. The film follows the two men and how they each deal with the break-up.

Canteen Outlaws is a gay and lesbian film distribution company started by Philadelphia’s TLA Entertainment. They have nine films either in distribution or on the docket for various 2014 release dates including I'm A Pornstar, which debuted on OUT TV and starred adult performers Brent Everett, Colby Jansen, Johnny Rapid, and Rocco Reed.

Frenchman François Sagat's porn career started in 2005 and he skyrocketed to popularity performing first as an exclusive with Raging Stallion Studios, and then as a Titan Men exclusive. His last porn film was TitanMen's Incubus 2. Sagat's parting words to the porn industry were spoken in front of the Magic Kingdom Sleeping Beauty castle where he looked into the camera and said: “Hello, I’m François Sagat and from this day forward I’ve retired from porn.”
