Well, this is a rare gift at any time of year. Think back 30 years, how old were you then (were you even born?) and where were you? Okay, I was living in London, England and the age is immaterial. Now think what video camera you had, and yes, they were around then. I didn't own one but I had used one in the early 1980’s which was as heavy as TV studio camera and came with a battery pack that took four people to carry. It didn’t actually, but you know what I mean? No small video cams then, no tablets or iPhones or any of that, just VHS video cameras.  

And that’s what this guy must have used to set up his video. This is a homemade, self-shot video clip enough in 1984, so presumably filmed on VHS and now transferred to digital media and uploaded in time for Christmas 30 years later.
