One Singular (70 Second) Sensation

The title caught my eye here and made me wonder how long ‘Mr Average’ goes without a cum dump. Without dropping one off, without emptying the old happy sacks and having a wank. For this guy it was four days as he titled his clip ‘4 day load.’ I maybe guessing but the clues are all there.
