Heartthrob Ansel Elgort was photographed on Tuesday running on the beach in Miami, and can we all just say "DAMN." The Divergent Series and The Fault in Our Stars actor is 6' 3", and every inch of his body is in peak condition as he splashes through the waves. As Hazel so poignantly says in Stars: "As he ran, I fell in love the way you fall asleep: slowly, and then all at once."

The sexy Ansel Elgort, 22, has a lean bod with the perfect amount of muscle, a little bit of body hair that goes a long way, gorgeous lips, and an always tousled head of hair.
