What the Fuck Is Going on with Leo Giamani?

About six weeks ago, we alerted you that he might be having financial difficulties. It seems to be true, and now he's threatening to sue people. This wackiness is getting out of hand!

Everything started when someone claiming to be Leo left a comment on a post over on gay porn blog QueerClick (hey guys!). He said he needed some money and was hitting fans up for some support. That's when we wrote the initial post about his fishy behavior. Well, QC verified it was him and he said that he did need some help and was having a hard time getting work. Now, QC has a new post detailing their whole Giamani saga. It seems like the attention his comment got made life hard for the Randy Blue and Falcon joint exclusive. He asked QC to take the comment down and when they said it's against their policy to do so, he threatened to sue. Say what?

Leo always seemed like such a nice, sweet, genuine guy in all his interviews and such, this seems like a bit of a shock. But the real question is, what the heck happened between him and Randy Blue and Falcon? After our initial post we heard from some porn insiders that Giamani was looking for work and there was plenty of interest, but the two studios were rather vehemently enforcing their exclusivity contracts with the star (the one with Randy Blue apparently ran out, but Falcon's isn't up until early 2010). So, if those studios aren't giving him scenes but they aren't letting him work elsewhere, then he can't make any money, and we can't get our dose of Leo.

So, will someone please tell us what happened? And, more importantly, when we're going to see Leo fucking again?
