Here Are The 2017 GLAAD Media Award Nominees (And Nudity)

The 2017 GLAAD Media Awards nominees are out, and you'll probably recognize some of your favorites on the list. For the first time ever, only two flicks made it into awards' Outstanding Film: Wide Release category. One of these is none other than Moonlight (naturally) while the other is Star Trek Beyond. Of course, this is all a big blow to fans of Zoolander 2.

For nearly 30 years, the GLAAD Media Awards have set the bar for media representations of LGBTQ people,

At a time when progress is at a critical juncture, it is imperative that Hollywood tell more LGBTQ stories that reflect the community’s rich diversity – and build understanding that brings all communities closer together. This year's nominees have created images and storylines that challenge misconceptions and broaden understanding, accelerating acceptance and equality for LGBTQ people across the globe.

The first ever GLAAD Media Awards took place in 1990, and since then it's television that's really taken the reigns on telling gay stories. Here's the list of nominees, and of course you know me, I have to be a lil' extra and include dirt-ay pics because this is the Bot of Flesh after all!
