That’s right, our favorite soft-core porn pup has been approved for parole! And only two and a half years early. His agent, David Forest, announced that he will be released on February 16.

Fans of the muscle stud (who has never done more than jerk off scenes) know that he was sent to prison in his native Texas in September 2007 for parole violations stemming from drug and assault charges in the past. Forest’s press release said that there are no plans for him to return to porn but that he will be free for “fan appreciation meetings” in the Dallas area. So, that’s what they’re calling it these days? Well, the fans sure should be appreciative, cause Dalton’s body will be in top shape after 18 months with nothing to do in jail but work out and try to keep from becoming anyone’s bitch.
