…at least emotionally, duckies, on ESPN. When University of Nebraska wrestlers Kenny Jordan and Fleshbot Mascot Paul Donahoe were dismissed from competition for appearing out of their singlets on Fratmen.tv, the homophobia of college sports was pushed into the spotlight.
Now, ESPN investigates the controversy in the documentary “Outside the Lines,” airing this Sunday, June 14th. The clip makes us melt…to our knees. Donahoe’s blue-eyed naïveté, thinking nobody would find out, and Jordan’s explanation that he was doing nothing but “putting smiles on people’s faces” puts on our happy face.
As sure as we’ll be watching with a box of Kleenex (in case we cry, gutterbrain), you can be sure we’ll give you the blow-by-blow on Monday.

And for a change, the escort isn’t one of the stars, but a policeman! One Boston cop is in some deep doo-doo for giving Aden and Jordan Jaric a ride from the airport.
The incident happend this fall when Falcon’s porn couple flew into Boston for a gig at a local nightclub. Apparently, the manager of the club asked a police officer friend to meet the pair at the airport and escort them directly to the club with sirens blaring. Since this was not an authorized escort (when are they ever) the offending officer is on desk duty pending investigation of misusing police resources. As if that wasn’t enough, local newspapers and television stations have blown the story up into a full-blow scandal.
Of course, the Jarics issued a charactaristically sunny-eyed statement on their blog. “We thought the police escort was standard procedure for the club that hired us-we had no idea this would turn into a local scandal,” the statement reads. “Since it was our first trip to Boston we just thought the escort was awesome Boston hospitality.”
While we usually see the porn ladies taking the mainstream spotlight, between gay-for-pay on Tyra, Evan Stone‘s cock on the Super Bowl, and the Jarics on the nightly news (video below), it’s finally the guys getting some attention.
Oh, and a sidenote for the mainstream media: it’s never a good idea to mention gay porn stars and the word “probe” in the same headline. Just a suggestion.
