Gay culture has brought us a lot of different experiences over time - some relatively safe, some not-so-much, and some that have an effect on us physically and psychologically (but we still can't get enough). Matt Wilkas, NYC-based actor and Gus Kenworthy's boo, shows us one of the seedier sides of sex in the new music video for "Brown Rice" by Natti Vogel.
Throughout the vid, Matt engages in quite a bit of questionable play, and although the whole point is to paint a big picture of bad decisions, it's probably his character's willingness to engage in chem sex that takes the cake. The fact that he is also able to live a seemingly normal life outside of his sexual deviance is also pretty alarming. It shows that anyone could be dealing with anything behind a facade.
The song matches the conflict in the video's storyline. It creates a haunting portrait of someone unable to fill his own emotional void, and slowly consuming himself while trying. The fact that Matt is so sexy throughout the video just adds to the intensity. You just can't take your eyes off him.
