Adam Rippon Was The True Winner At The Oscars In His Leather Harness

Award season has finally wrapped for 2018. The Oscars have come and gone and now we can focus on this year's best films to gear up for 2019. While some of our favorites may not have gone home with their own little golden man, let's face it, it wasn't ever about the ceremony anyway. It was all about the red carpet. The men showed up looking more dapper than years past, but one person stood out like a sore thumb (a very gorgeous, very single sore thumb).

Adam Rippon, accompanied by his Olympic partner Mirai Nagasu, showed up to the 90th Annual Academy Awards in a Moschino look designed by Jeremy Scott and he didn't disappoint. What looked like a normal tuxedo at first glance was actually one of the biggest statement pieces of the evening.

Underneath his coat was a sexy leather harness that had me imagining Adam in some positions I had yet to dream up until that point. It was very Tom of Finland meets Titanic to me - and I loved it.

I wasn't alone, either. Gay Twitter went nuts over Adam's red carpet look.

The red carpet buzz was the ending to perfect week for Adam. After getting back to the States from Pyeognchang last week, he spoke to Ellen DeGeneres about dating, the Olympics, and being America's Gay Sweetheart. He also mentioned he's been "sleeping on Shawn Mendes," which through anyone who's not a millennial for quite a loop.
