To celebrate the major contributions Grindr has made to the gay dating scene (or, hopefully, just poking fun at it), Interview Magazine surprised the world [of heterosexuals] by using the cruising app's infamous interface as an Editorial peg in their latest photo feature. This could be filed under one of two categories: "creative genius" or "genius ways to save money on photoshoots."
Grindr celebrated "Brief Encounters" yesterday by hoo-rahing on Facebook and Twitter, which is entirely ironic seeing as every single photo in this set is considered unacceptable by Grindr's impossible photo guidelines. Seriously—Disney films show more skin than a Grindr profile can. Take it all in now, because this is probably the first and last time you'll be able to see Grindr allowing insanely raunchy, crazy fetish shit like bare chest, underwear, covered buttocks and (gasp) out-of-frame hands. Now that's just dangerous!
