    Well, here’s a couple of clues: He’s either in a dorm room or a frat house, though I’m thinking dorm room since the furniture’s pretty much basic “bunk bed you can take apart” and “generic wooden desk” types. He’s got either a basic camcorder or webcam, since the quality is poor and the auto-focus keeps trying to focus in on various parts of him whenever said parts move closer to the camera.

    The “bloop!” noise was pretty unique to ICQ, which was all the rage in the late 1990s/early 2000s, which means that the video has to be close to a decade old. ;)
