Shockingly, yes! We’ve frequently given Sean Cody grief over rarely mixing up the races. Newsflash, fellas! Sean Cody is the most diverse mainstream gay porn site, in terms of featuring new ethnic talent. We compared Mr. Cody’s compendium of color with six other top sites, finding that the baker of sandy blond white bread has more variety in his shop than anyone. Let’s take a look at our findings.
From the start of the year to today, we counted the number of individual ethnic performers on each of the sites, rather than the number of scenes featuring the same performers. Sean Cody wins by a rather surprising margin, with 7 men of color featured on the site since January, roughly one a month. While that’s highly disproportionate to the population of horny men we see walking around town, it’s considerably ahead of most other sites, which have maybe, er, one this year.

After all our bitching about ‘em, it’s quite clear that Sean Cody is the diversity leader, although we’d be hard pressed to consider 7 guys out of however many weekly updates an accurate reflection of the vast colors in America’s rainbow of men. They’re also the only site to feature Asian men—a whopping 2 this year! We give the Sean Cody gang credit. They heard the criticism about their site’s homogeneity and are making an effort to mix things up, much more so than any other site out there.
