  I honestly feel really sorry for Pat / Matt (what ever he wants to be called). I think his issue is one of internalized homophobia where he actually enjoys the sex but is afraid to admit it. Some guys, even the ones who make gay porn still have such a hard time coming to terms with their sexuality.

  I find this completely different than the shoot where he bottomed, but for the same reason.

  Allow me to explain.

  I found the first one kinda fascinating, in a ‘lady doth protest too much’ sort of way. As someone commented above, he’s getting fucked, plain and simple, and that I’m sure everyone would agree is THE incontrovertible act of gay sex (Contrast it with this shot, which offers a ton of surrogacy issues/ways out for those so inclined). But the first one, I found, dare I say it, hot. Sure he complained, but he Really Didn’t Do Much Otherwise To Stop It. Also, I get the idea that he bragged about it afterwards, with a weird pride (‘I can’t believe I did it, but I did it!’).

  Of course this may have a lot to do with my being a top, and the fact that giving it to a mouthy bottom rings my bells, but I couldn’t give a shit about that whole ‘trade’ garbage.

And don’t they like GIVE DIRECTIONS! it may not have been an idea he even liked — Sean Cody, for example, and he’s really not a mean guy, has actually published some behind the scenes footage in which his stars complain rather pointedly — at least, you can’t mistake their having to go along with a program they don’t like, like getting filmed on a freezing-cold days naked at a beach — because he gets off, and thinks his viewers will, too, on telling guys who’;re really attractive to do thingsthey find painful or humiliating. petty sadisms….

  I think that to all media, producers and viewers who are dumb enough to be recruiters by making the whole gay-for-pay scenario seem like good entertainment, this is exactly the kind of behavior you deserve. Having this rubbed in their faces with such humilation. I’m glad to see it.

  If viewers make enough noise about their anger towards this as they have here, maybe these producers will hire some gay or bi MEN. I emphasize MEN, because a real man is secure enough to admit that he is gay or bi, instead of the bullshit “I’m straight, but I find gay sex fun, too.”

  Totally overreacting. Much of the gay porn out there is rooted in the idea of straight guys “using” gay guys. Certainly humiliation and debasement aren’t new either. Don’t know why this particular guy and scenario have raised such offense when the average Raging Stallion video is far more “degrading”. Murdock typifies an arrogant jackass frat guy that has long been an erotic stereotype in gay fantasy…what’s the big deal? My guess is that because it’s so blatant in this case, it forces us to look at the uncomfortable possibility that much of our desire is not as politically forward as our modern sensibility would have us think.
