Miami Not So Cuckoo For CocoDorm

Since CocoDorm is no stranger to controversy, it might not be surprising to hear that the City of Miami is trying to shut them down–after all, said dorm is located in a residential neighborhood, and they are totally doing the gay nasty in there! But while Miami’s Code Enforcement Board is trying to oust CocoDorm’s stable of hotties, the site has decided to sue the city for violation of its First Amendment, predicated on a mildly complicated legal argument that CocoDorm isn’t technically an “adult business” because it’s an online enterprise–and therefore, physical zoning laws don’t apply.
