Had the Louisiana legislature approved this law requiring privacy dividers in all public urinals years ago, all those long hauls up I-49 to Shreveport would have been a lot less interesting. In the meantime, though, we’ll always have Arkansas! (video @ wafb.com, via sturtle.com)
