The pop culture (to say nothing about the political) fallout from geriatric horndog Idaho senator Larry Craig's alleged rest room shenanigans continues apace today as Slate editors argue whether tapping your foot and reaching underneath a toilet stall are really indications that you're, uh, in the mood for love (trust us: they are) while news outlets from ABC to CNN expose the secret world of gay cruising to their mostly straight audiences and The Smoking Gun inevitably publishes Craig's arrest report.
But as millions of eyes begin to focus on the hitherto hidden charms of highway rest stops and public toilets, are otherwise law-abiding pervs like us still going to be able to break the monotony of our evening commutes with a innocuous quickie blowjob at the video arcade without a newly vigilant law enforcement apparatus breathing down our necks and/or responding to our own furtive tapping on the other side of that divider? We'll just have to wait and see for now, but in the meantime you can still find us in all those old familiar places come our next lunch break or airport layover.
