Russian-born and New York- and Moscow-based photographer Slava Mogutin has acheived a fair amount of attention on the gallery circuit for his studies of Kazakh military recruits and post-Soviet "wiggers" (think Kevin Federline only Slavic and hotter); apparently, word of his talent has spread further than we thought because the latest issue of Playgirl—that bastion of soft willies and gay-for-pay models—features a ten-page layout by Mogutin entitled "Party Boy." The spread shows model Clark Houston getting happy with some very long balloons and various foodstuffs; we're not necessarily sure about the party hats but hey, if they help him feel festive, we're all for it.
